Group Fitness

Online Coaching

The personal training program for the small boutique gym will focus on creating individualized workout plans for clients based on their fitness goals. The trainers will work closely with each client to ensure proper form and technique, and will provide ongoing support and motivation to help clients reach their goals. In addition to one-on-one training sessions, the program will include regular progress check-ins and adjustments to the workout plan as needed.
