What kind of equipment do you have?

We like to use all different types of weightlifting equipment in order to optimally build strength in all muscle groups. We have a variety from dumbbells (5lbs-100lbs), barbells, cable row, cable pull-down, adjustable height pulleys, functional trainer, leg press, hack squat, pendulum squat, lying hamstring curl, seated hamstring curl, leg extensions, seated adductor/abductor, seated row, hyper extension, stair master and more.

What classes do you offer?

We offer small group training, 1:1 personal training, and online coaching

How many personal trainers do you have on staff?

We currently have a team of 4 highly trained and knowledgeable coaches. These individuals possess extensive experience in their respective areas of expertise, which enables them to provide exceptional guidance and instruction to our clients. They are dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest developments in their fields, and regularly participate in professional development opportunities to enhance their skills. Additionally, they are committed to building strong relationships with our clients and helping them achieve their goals.

What types of group fitness classes do you offer?

We offer Strength training and Hypertrophy training.

What are your hours of operation?

Our earliest class/session is 6:30AM and our latest is 7:20PM.
Class times and times slots vary throughout the day

Is parking available?

Yes, we have plenty of parking directly on front of the gym!

Can I bring a guest?

You can bring a guest  in for free as long as it is their first time at Built Body Fitness. Otherwise, we offer drop-in rates for anyone that wants to check out a class
